How to Use This Scorecard
You've built real expertise. You've earned real respect. But when it comes to packaging that expertise into an offer that sells from any stage, podcast, or boardroom — there's a gap between what you're worth and what you're charging.
This scorecard reveals exactly where.
Score yourself honestly on each of the 10 criteria below. Anything under a 7 is costing you premium clients right now.
Can you explain what you sell, who it's for, and what result they get in one sentence? Premium offers are specific, not general.
Is your price point matched to the transformation you deliver? If you're solving a $100K problem, you shouldn't be charging $500.
Do you have a named method, framework, or process? "I do coaching" isn't a mechanism. "The Authority Sprint" is.
Can you point to 5+ specific client results with names, numbers, and timelines? Vague testimonials don't close premium clients.
Can you fill in: "I help [specific person] achieve [specific result] through [unique method] in [timeframe]"? If any part is fuzzy, your positioning is weak.
Can you sell your offer from any stage (virtual or physical) in 45–60 minutes without feeling salesy? If you avoid the close, you're leaving money on the table.
Is the audience you're reaching actually the audience who can buy? Speaking to beginners while selling a $25K program is a mismatch.
What happens after someone says "not yet"? If you have no follow-up sequence, you're losing 60–80% of your revenue.
Do you have case studies, media features, a book, speaking reel, or credentials displayed? Your audience is Googling you before they buy.
Do you have a clear next step after your first offer? One offer is a transaction. An ascension path is a business.
